Re: Printing pet bowls and Fleece blankets (?)

Post by A Pets Life Ltd »

Hi everyone,

I was pointed in this direction from the people at subli.co.uk.

I am looking at producing a few hundred pet bowls and fleece blankets, dye sublimated of course, but cannot find a print company in the UK that do these.

I was just wondering if anyone knows of a reputable company that would be able to dye sublimate a couple of hundred of either/both of these products.

Apologies if this is in the wrong section and if I’ve been a little vague do let me know, happy to give as much information as required.

Thanks in advance!

Morning, Joe.

Welcome to the forum, I think that Neil Brothers have them in stock, give them a call - http://www.buysublimation.co.uk/sublima ... ffice.html

We've done a few 100 doggy fleece blankets for a dog charity who sell at crufts in the past.
We print the fleece from the roll and then cut/sew into the blankets.
Can't do the bowls, but are well set up to do the blankets.
I'll PM you contact details if that's OK so we can discuss further
Thanks
Tim

Polyester fleece blankets are available. Approximately what size of blanket do you require?

How do you do the dog bowls? What equipment would do that?

They are normally printed in the 3D vacuum presses with silicone wraps or halogen oven them.

Ah, right - thank you. I would love to be able to print them, but only have Mug Press & Flat Press :-(

You can buy suitably sized silicone wraps and 'cook' them in your kitchen ovens. I do mugs this way on gas number 4 to 5 for 9 minutes, as a rough guide.

Here's a wrap on ebay as an example of what you need, not necessarily the best or cheapest though - https://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/Silicone-Wrap- ... mwBanner=1
