Mug whoahs :( printing a mostly black image

Needed to make this sample for a customer tonight, I have no idea whats gone wrong

It's an orca 10oz and I put it in bottom side down...190 for 8 minutes. The black at the top of the cup is faded.

Not sure what I should have done different. Why does it always happen with the things you don't want it too LOL

I don't normally use these mugs so nt sure if ive got the settings wrong or something

to me it looks like burned and nor faded.
maybe your timing is to long? or temp to hot.
or both....

Ah, hadn't really considered it was burnt, If anything I thought not long enough - shows how much I know LOL

Its a ST3042 3d heat press. That's the time I was given when I bought it, is that wrong LOL

I use a press from BMS and find 170 degrees for 55 seconds on a pre heated mug is right for my pressings. 8 minutes seems like waaaaaaay too long.

Sorry just googled info on your press and it appears your press is totally different from mine...but I still reckon 8 minutes is way too long.
