Hope someone can help me,
My Epson 1500W was working perfect, but out of the blue it's got a problem I don't know how to fix.
I use sublimation for phone cases. And I have a design with white stripes. One day there was yellow and pink in the white stripes. The nozzle check was fine. There were no order stripes or anything. So I tried the vertical aligning and I can't get that right. For the verical alignment there are 3 rows of each 9 blocks. In every row there should be one block without vertical stripes. In the first row there is always one good block. In the second row there is no perfect block. And the third row is horrible. Every block has vertical lines, the lines are not tight, and there is yellow and/or pink outside the blocks. So that is the problem, but I have no idea how to fix this. In the last month I have tried every week to aligne the printer and it is always the same. I have changed the yellow and pink cardridge and I got a new ICC profile (after the problem started), the problem stayed the same.
