Re: Gym Sacks
What is the texture like on those sublimation gym sacks? Are they a textured weave with thin material? I'm ideally looking for a heavy duty glossy polyester cord-string bag.
Re: Gym Sacks
That's pretty much how I would describe them TBH.GoonerGary;122633 wrote:I'm ideally looking for a heavy duty glossy polyester cord-string bag.

Xpres, I grabbed a bunch with grey cords that they sold off, I'd imagine the ones with other colour cords are otherwise the same. Decent quality and we've had no issues at all with them. Funnily enough, we just had an order for 100 to Canada, so I've been shopping around myself. Sublimation trade do one for much less in bulk, I will really need to check out the quality though first.

Re: Gym Sacks
We used to use Xpres sublimation gym bags. We invested a lot in photographing all our designs on them and put them on all our selling platforms. We were selling about 200 a week plus. When we put in another order they told us they are now discontinued and won't be stocking them again.
To say we were p****d off is an understatement. They were great quality and we can't find any like them.
We can buy them from Bagbase which is where they got them from but as they are a special order and not a stock item we would have to buy 5,000 pieces as a minimum.
The nearest bag that Bagbase do is the BG110. We bought a sample and it's great quality and even has a zipped pocket but they are double the price.
Still looking for an alternative

Yes I have looked at BTC. They have the same bags as Pencarrie and Ralawise. The Bg910 sublimation gym sack is the right quality but are a little on the small side.

Re: Gym Sacks
Thanks Lucifax.
This could be a contender.
Do you know what material they are made from?
Is it the shiny 210D polyester or the canvas type polyester.

Re: Gym Sacks
Sorry Andy, I have no idea at all as I only just found them myself. Very interested to know too though.
