You support your British sublimation suppliers, because it's the decent thing. Then one of them decides to be our competitor. Helping themselves to our ideas and undercutting us on ebay and Amazon...72 pages of mugs no less...a turnover of £900K wasn't enough....classy business.

Ah, I see what you mean Gary. That's just not on! I order very little from them but from now on they're crossed off my list.

Ahhh so take a load of designs that shall we say are very much like those your customers sell and undercut them.

Part of me says well that's business, but I can't say I agree with it!

Ive just looked on their site but cant see what you are talking about. Maybe Im looking on the wrong site. But its not on if they are undercutting their own customers. Crazy.
We had a suppier over here who used to screen print and embroider too. But they realised that it was stupid to compete with their customers and stopped it.

It is business, but don't expect me to support his supply business.

Subli are the same by the way. The fella mentioned on the phone when I was ordering that they printed off a ton of mugs for Amazon FBA.

They want their cake and eat it. Choose which business you are in, supply the trade or retail. I wont use them, one of them I didnt rate very highly any way.

All that glistens isnt gold.
