Same here ..new stock came with made in China printed on the box ..it's a shame nice looking boxes tho...only option I can see is to put a sticker in it....cheaper than replacing them....BTW I never liked Sublimation Trade it seems they get our money and order from China sort of a thing ...

Our sorting office was out of bags for days - with us having to find some very strong bing bags to use instead - they were waiting on an order of them coming in, which thankfully has, so we have some sacks, but not enough at current order levels, especially when we have orders for cushions, as you can't get many in a sack!

This weeks gripe - Christmas post and customers who don't allow an extra day or two for delivery and say delivery slowness is our fault. I might google "buy vic reeves large saucepan" in order to sort a few annoying customers out!

I shut my shop from 14.00 today because I was getting fed up with exactly the same problem.

Hey James we followed suit about 2 minutes ago after getting fed up with stupid people asking stupid questions about delivery. Also fed up with seeing so many baby and dog photos!

I am still getting orders in though. I used the setting where it says I am away until XXX so orders may be delayed!

The last one I had there was a polite message, please post when you can, which I thought was good. It will go in the post today though.

Ok - just got clarification directly from a nice guy from eBay - HOLIDAY SETTINGS means it will only show a message, people can still buy and can STILL complain if you do not delivery! If you want to stop people buying you need to hide your listings BUT this will dramatically affect your listing position. Conclusion - stupid people will not care and will still order and will complain when it is not dispatched. BOOM!

Custom order on Thursday, I say 2 days until dispatch by RM48, plus delivery time. Email this morning "Where is my order, I should have had it by now!". Slurp of coffee, shake head, type reply, delete reply as "TWAT" is apparently not an acceptable response, leave wife to send response.

Then chuckle as I ponder the look on the customers face if they had opened the Email and just saw "TWAT". I do think direct honesty should be employed more often, but I suspect the customer base may shrink.

Janners.
