Desperately need help please!

I really need some help here. I have wasted so much ink and resource it is ridiculous. I have been unable to get help from epson, sawgrass, affinity, chromaluxe...it is really frustrating to drop 1700.00 dollars on a system and have it be a total nightmare.

what i have:
mac
affinity photo
epson artisan 1430
sawgrass art titanium ink
image right paper


what i am trying to do:
sublimate onto chromaluxe


what is happening:
colors are horrible! they do not match and they are not bright at all


PLEASE HELP! What are the appropriate settings all the way through the process.

Are you printing on the correct side of the paper? Have you tried the other side?

Have Sawgrass dialled in and checked your settings? Is profile installed?
