Can Coolers

i have a heat press that heats from the top and the bottom at the same time. I am trying to do some neoprene can coolers and no matter what pressure and heat I set it at, the can coolers shrink once they come out and are flat. Does anyone have any solution that I can try to get these done? Thanks
