Ok, I've had this a few days now and apart from setting up the CIS I've not touched it. I'm now trying to get it up and running but for some reason the disc doesn't auto run and I cant seem to find how to start it manually. Anyone got any ideas on a windows 10 laptop?

As far as I know, 1500W is not compatible with W10... The carton of the printer shows Mac, Vista and Seven. Hope it helps

Hi Makram. I thought that may be the case. My lappy was windows 7 and I stupidly upgraded to 10. Is there any way back?

If you upgraded to W10 less than 1 month ago you should be able to downgrade, otherwise you will have to use the Windows 7 disc and restore your computer.

if you cant revert back...simple ---save stuff you want to keep onto another external HDD or pen.....format the HDD with win 10, and reinstall win 7 pro....reinstall the apps/programs you saved on other external hdd...job done.....simples...squeak !
