100% Polyester & HTV

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone could give me some advice. I have two xxl navy blue 100%polyester tshirts and the customer wants his company logo put on using htv. I have had a few trial attempts at doing this using one of his old tops however i am finding that the heat press is leaving a thin white line around the area that is being pressed. I don't want to ruin his tops, so can anyone give me any ideas on how to avoid damaging the tops? I only have a small heat press.

Sorry, is htv the vinyl? What temp are you applying at, are you using a protective sheet and is the line from the actual press?
