I have vendors telling me there is a difference between High Temperature Sublimation Ink and Low Temperature Sublimation Ink for making phone covers.
Is there such a difference?

Re: High Temperature vs Low Temperature Sublimation Ink??
they say that the lower temperature ink yields better results when using film... is that true?
Re: High Temperature vs Low Temperature Sublimation Ink??
its a film provider that also provides the low temperature ink its a sort of package matching ink for the expensive film.

Ok so my next question is can you recommend a vendor who sells both film and low temp ink for this purpose of sublimating phone cases?
I have a vendor in China but I'm not sure I trust him.
I live in the United States.
By the way there are no good Sublimation forums in the US!

Re: High Temperature vs Low Temperature Sublimation Ink??
Also what temperature range does low temp ink work in?
Re: High Temperature vs Low Temperature Sublimation Ink??
Interesting concept, but if this is the case why does ordinary Sawgrass SubliJetR sublimation ink work fine in the industrial 3D machines that sublimate at around 140 degrees? The inks we've supplied have never been modified and they work fine. Just an observation!astroanalyst;105639 wrote:I have vendors telling me there is a difference between High Temperature Sublimation Ink and Low Temperature Sublimation Ink for making phone covers.
