Just a quick heads up in case anyone comes on in the next few days and the forum is inaccessible.

I will be updating the forum software hopefully over the coming days. During the upgrade I will need to take the forum offline, hopefully not too long (hours rather than days) unless something goes wrong.

OK, things took a different direction. I am moving the Forum platform completely right now. I needed to update the old software for security reasons mainly so have taken the opportunity for a complete rebuild onto a much more efficient, reliable and safer option.

If anyone would like to take a sneak peak at progress so far respond here and I will PM the temporary link. Happy for folk to take a good look around, make suggestions and so on.

So the new forum looks fresh, bright and clean, I've posted three posts, ist with a spelling error so I could test the delete post function, first with a title error so i could test edit function and one purely because the topics possibilities excite me. Looks all good in there so far. Shame some of the older members like Mrs Maggot and others wont ever see it.
