Heads gone in printer after only 5 months.. back with epson..

Should be packed to an acceptable standard me thinks..Would not like to hear a customer if we sent our items packed like that..

<r>B1100 printing horizontal lines across prints when printing cyan..have done head cleans and head aligament and reprimed the cyan just incase but it was perfect with no air coming through at all. Thing is i have no problems with the phone pouches at all....
