Oh thank you. I am going to give photoshop a trial run but I do think a learning course may be the way forward.

Re: Mug press advice please!!
Thank you Justin I will give that a go.
I did check but i couldn't see a difference in the sides of paper, i will have another look in a better light.
I'm not sure what you mean by a 'Profile' installed? (Sorry... i did say i was a total beginner!)

Re: Mug press advice please!!
<t>The first attempt I put the mug in straight away, second I waited for it to reach 110. So then I did a bit of research which led me to your advice of putting the mug in straight away to prevent the elements burning out. All four attempts seem to have the same results and the image left behind on ...

<r>Hi, <br/>
Is there any advice for the right time and temp for mug pressing? I've been looking at a few threads and I know all machines are different and it is a case of trial and error but I just need a step in the right direction. <br/>

Re: Which design program is best?
Hi all,
Ok, so I have finally started on my Sublimation journey and have literally just purchased a Ricoh SG3110 and mug press! Woo hoo!
Which Design software is best/easiest to use for mug printing? Are there any out there specifically for this?
Thanks.

Re: Advice needed for a beginner.
<t>Oh I am still torn on what to go for. I initially went for a mug press as I literally have nothing (Not even the printer etc!) and found some good starter packs which include everything including a mug press. I'm not sure if its better to still go for this option and then get a halogen oven at a ...

Re: Advice needed for a beginner.
Oh lovely thank you. I've seen that some people on the forum would choose the oven method over the mug press so I will definately look into it.
