thanks for that, it works, but I'm not sure if the printer I have is suitable for mugs, its a Ricoh 2110, the colours seem to be all over the place any thoughts

when changing cartridges, the yellow and magenta ones do not want to stay in place they seem to be being pushed back out, any ideas?
