Could I please ask what is the difference between the ink that came with the printer and sublimation ink I thought that if it was a self fill then the ink would be OK .

The ink came with the printer you have to fill them yourself in the side one the printer

it prints out on the sublimation paper but there is no transference onto the mug also the inks are the ones that come with the printer you have to fill up ...

Yes the machine is plugged in set the heat at 200 degrees centigrade and time 180 I have done medium pressure, and hard pressure the mugs are from X press the paper from incityepress the printer brand new from Epson it is an ET2500
