If you don't have a color profile installed, try changing your paper type to
premium photo matte. It may help.

Try splitting your press time (15 seconds, let the press up, wait a few seconds and press another 15 seconds). I was having the same issue and tried it that way. It worked for me. I've also heard d people that say lowering the temp and increasing the press time worked for them.
