Using an epson printer with ink bottles, all full yet printer is showing low ink levels. How come?

Evening folks, Joined recently and loving the info on here. Can anyone advise on the best way to package the 11 ounce mug for postage? Should I use polystyrene then cardboard or cardboard and bubble wrap? Whats the opinion and wheres the best supplier? Thanks in advance for help.
