Just replace like for like cartridges so replace with the same Cyan cartridge from Sawgrass. No updated profile is required as the ink is already correctly matched.

Sometime it helps to print off the design using a printer and then lay the design onto the garment to get an idea if you need to make any changes in the size on typefaces or logos on individual garments.

@pw66,

I believe that the heatpress in question is in the region of £150. The goods were paid by PayPal as the op has already stated, whether or not PayPal were paid by credit card is down to them.

It needs to have a sublimation coating before you can sublimate an image to it.
