Re: Are your aluminium water bottles dishwasher safe?
<t>So i printed my first minimum bottle 3 days ago. My daughter used it yesterday and I put it in the dishwasher. This morning I was disappointed to see that the red ink has bled. Is this normal? Should they be hand wash only? I use sublijet r inks and coralgraph aluminium bottles. Not sure if I'm ...

Anyone with the GS 201, have you had any problems with the black screw on the left where you adjust the pressure. My first one broke and now I have another, every time I adjust the pressure, the black screw also unscrews and then falls out!<br/>

Re: Galaxy Gs 201 and aluminium bottles
Has anyone pressed aluminium bottles in this mug press? Any tips? Do I need to buy the 6oz blanket or would a silicone wrap be sufficient?
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Silicone Wrap Help Please
Hi. I've received my aluminium bottles and the mug press doesn't give enough pressure. Can anyone recommend what I need to pad it out or where I can get them from?
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Galaxy gs-201 mug press
Hi
Can I ask a question? The setting you use of 200 for 160 seconds, do you warm the whole mug first or just the base? It takes a long time to get back up to 200 degrees so do I need to add that amount of time to the 160 seconds?
Thanks
Nikki

Re: Print not transferring to mugs
<t>Paul ive changed the calibration to -15 degrees and it's worked a lot better. Pressed at 180 for 320 seconds. Faded slightly at the bottom but I have read that warming the base for 15 seconds could help that? Maybe I'll change it to -20. This time when I put the mug in the temp dropped to 170 ...

Re: Print not transferring to mugs
Sorry not sure why the photos are all rotated to the left. Also even after 320 seconds, the plain piece of paper round the outside of the mug was not brown in any places. The handle was still pretty cold to touch.

Re: Print not transferring to mugs
That's the print prior to sublimating and it pretty much looks the same once sublimated. This is the coaster I did with the same printer.
