On the cooling issue i dont dunk, but i have found if i put my mugs onto a piece of granite they heat transfers quickly and the mugs cool pretty fast, Just happend to be passing pound land when they put a load of granite chopping boards out, each one holds 6 cups and comes in very handy

lol no i just got too excited about a new product, i was comparing bms wooden coaster with cork backing to coralgraph which are all cork and bend easy. must remember to calm down before posting lol. the tea towels are very good too

why not offer her a position in a way,
would it not work to say i will pay you say £100 a month to design x amount of designs for us and i will pay you a commission of x amount on every one we sell that way you get new designs she gets some cash and you should make it work

before you send at that price why dont you try the other couriers i just sent 25 mugs by next day dhl for 8.33 i use parcels2go.com for any order over 4 mugs dhl etc will pick up from you

may sound a daft question but where do you keep your printer? it isnt near a radiator is it, i used to have tons of problems with clogging epsons and it turned out my desk was in front of a radiator, sounds daft but thought id ask

i just normally put my individual mugs in one of bms poly mailers then put tape round them then use royal mail online to print postage with our logo on and send on.
