This won’t wink as the handle has to pass this area with only 1-2mm clearance on both sides so there is no space for a lock nut

<r>Hi Rab thanks for that insight, I finally solved the issue over the weekend. It turns out the new mug wraps are from a different manufacturer therefore there was a slight difference in the length so when I remeasured the wraps and setup the custom size everything worked fine again <E>:)</E ...

Hi Paul yes the guides are tight and I have it setup as a mug wrap as per the wrap size. Is it not strange that it prints half of a print each time therefore the rollers are picking it up?
