Where in the UK do you get the emulsion from do you know a good palce ?

<t>no not really looked in to that deeply, I will however go the way of emulsion screens, and printing out onto transperncy films and see how that goes but thanks for the reply though I have tried a lot of way to get the vinyl to stay on the mesh screen but failed even with low tack app tape so ...

okay thanks guys I am printing onto truepix sublimation paper onto 100% polyester shirts. I did try to print onot 50/50 % poly - cotton shirt but it turned out to be dull abd crap print
I set the heat pres at 180 c for 50 seconds but I guess its trial and error

Yes thanks guys could look at getting the Aluminium backing and then the Acrylic/perspex all cut to size will look into this a bit more I think, and like you I was once a delivery driver and noticed these every where
