Re: 3d iPhone/ iPad blanks with 4x metal moulds
<t>Hi<br/>
<br/>
I inherited these when I bought a second hand 3d printer and aside from a few tests on them, these are not a product I'm interested in doing.<br/>

There is one metal jig for each of iPhone 4, iPhone 5, iPad and iPad Mini plus blank 3d covers: iPad 2 x7, iPad mini x6, iPhone 4 ...

Re: Should I move from a mug press to an ST-3042 Oven?
Once I had the time and temp right, no problems with mugs going wrong (other than operator error of course!) I do tend to rotate them mid cycle as I found bottoms sometimes got "burnt" when I was doing a batch of colour-change mugs so now I do it by habit.

Re: Should I move from a mug press to an ST-3042 Oven?
<t>I have an ST-3042 and would agree that you need twice the number of blankets than you want to use at once so that you can put the new load on mugs while cooking the other lot, so consider that additional expense. It takes a bit of practice getting the blankets on, especially if your design is ...

Re: Problem with neoprene tablet sleeve
<r>Hi<br/>
Sorry for late reply, but hopefully better late than never!<br/>
<br/>
I did one phone sized neoprene case in my ST3042 and decided it doesn't work... the colours were washed out and the neoprene completely flattened (i.e. gives no protection to the device) except for the nobbly imprint ...

Re: Jet Stream Digital F-35 Dye Sublimation Paper
<t>I have had great results with the JetStream paper - I actually prefer it to the TextPrint (which only seems OK if you print the day before you use it, otherwise it's too inky!), some random brand selling on Amazon (which I didn't find to be Epson friendly at all and wasted LOADS of blanks on it ...

Re: Silicon membrance doesn't stay vacuumed (but only for coasters!)
<t>Weirdly I found I can sublimate onto other flat things without issues, such as fabric (not great quality though) and through experimentation found that I can keep the vacuum sealed and successfully create coasters in the 3d press by putting a layer (fabric worked, as did a large 1mm silicon sheet ...
