I get customers saying it wasn't packed properly when broken and then another customer says its well packed when it arrives in one piece even though both packed the same way. I have just started using bigger brown boxes and large bubble wrap hopefully this will sort problem

I already do a lot of sublimation mugs and was looking at buying a heat press. Now other than tshirts, phone cases, coasters and mouse mats anyone got any ideas what else I could do with it. thanks ste

I use the pixmax mug press from monster doodles. Had it near enough two years and going well. Although just had to order a new attachment but it does get hammered
