Don't know if this helps with what carts are in my printer but on a label written on the printer box was the following.
NEW MATRIX CHIP PROFILE 7.2 (IPC) EPSON NEW CHIP NEW 01/2015,
Ifanyone could help would be very gratefull.

Unfortunately as is fairly norm on ebay it seems, seller not answering that's why wondering where to buy new carts from.

Thanks when I bought the printer it said they were resettable, have taken them out one at a time, so I should take them all out and then try and put them all in again, if this doesn't work have you any idea where I might buy new resettable ones, Thanks.

Thank you if this is the case anyone any idea how to reset them on the Epson xp 312 or where I can buy a decent empty set of carts.
