Re: Ink bleeding when pressed
<t>The last couple of mugs I pressed the ink looks like it has bled around the outside of the picture - but one colour only, blue. And it is happening even with designs that do not show much actual blue in the design there is a smudge of blue, mostly at the top but to a lesser extent at the bottom ...

Re: How critical are you?
<t>Snap. I refuse to send out anything that I don't think is perfect, then get hugely annoyed when people say " can't see the difference that would have been fine". I do a lot of work for friends and am very concious that I don't want to be less than perfect for people who probably won't criticise ...

Re: Sublimate/Cook a mug twice!
<t>Now Paul mentions it I do this too - print smallish image to test so i can do another one or two prints to same mug and I have never noticed the original image deteriorating. My dummy mug in the press has no image on it but has been heated many many times - maybe I will put something on it and see ...

Re: Costs
<t>I have been posting 1st class unrecorded also for about two years now and have only had one broken in transit - and that was one out of a package of three mugs somehow the other two were fine. So I have saved a fair amount over the last two years. I just use cardboard postage boxes with some ...

Re: Polymer Mugs Press setting
<t>At least if mine were a disaster I could just give up, but I gave one to someone today, a person who has been seeing all my other stuff for the last two years and her comment was "it's ok you can see what the picture is but it is not as good as the others" so it is just the clarity that is ...

Re: Polymer Mugs Press setting
<t>Would appreciate some advice on settings / pressure please with the polymer mugs. I have tried Martin's suggested settings and I am getting colours that are great but not the image sharpness that I get usually, everything just looks vaguely out of focus. Not so much that the picture can't be seen ...

Re: Refill ArTainium CIS
<t>Hoping someone can advise how to refill ArTainium CIS - bought from Martin for Epson B1100, I can find the box and every bit of wrapping etc that came with it, but instructions? Not a chance! I know they are somewhere safe, unfortunately can't really tell people that they can have their orders ...
