Hi K21John. Just to reply to your comment re Google can't read images, That is what the image "alt" tag is used for. To describe the image, that is how you get your images indexed in google. Just my 2p's worth to help others with a little bit of on-page optimization.

Are you getting the True Pix paper from NoveChrome or xpres ?

I am using the mugs from UKCutter / 11oz large handle sublimation mugs... I will try the different paper thanks.
Do you use the vacuum when you have your 12 mugs in ?

Thanks for a quick reply, I am using the richo SG3110dn printer with sawgrass sublijet R ink / the paper I am using is Dino Dye sublimation paper.

Do you use the vacuum when printing your mugs x 12 - This is something I have never tried, Just curious if it helps or not...
