Can anyone recommend a supplier of good quality standard 11oz mugs that have a good coating on them and you don't get imperfections when you buy in quantity. Like some have small holes, dents or black marks on the outside sublimation area? Thanks for your help...

We've had no problems with our RICOH A4 SG 3110DN using SubliJet-R® inks, its worked well for us.ISub-Kerrie;93226 wrote:How are you getting on with your printer now? I assume you have had it a little while now?

I think your exactly right about the mugs, we had about the same amount that also couldn't use. Now spending that bit more to achieve the quality we are after.

Also been getting ghosting but I think I have worked that out. Seems three strips of heat tape round by the handle, and quickly closing the already hot press and not tugging ...
