I can't get the smaller silver mirror finish discs to work at all and ended up punching them out of a sheet of dye sub Ali and they worked well. I'm going to try less heat and pressure next ...

I have been drilling holes in aluminum sheets with a fiskars hand drill. Clamp metal to bench and drill. Simple and easy to control. My husband calls it my "girls drill" but it's all I need to do this.

Thanks Justin. Still not sure what I will do. It's a new machine and wasn't used much so I wanted to see if I could clean it out with the possibility of trying chroma blast in it later on. I have another one exactly the same and the spare one is just sitting there

Is there a way to flush the ink from a SG800 printer? It has been used with Sawgrass Dye Sub ink and I am wanting to store it away.
