In a community project to make and supply neoprene masks for lots of people in need in our community - I am paying for dies to cut the material but now need to source the neoprene fabric as quickly and cheaply as possible. Can anyone help/recommend suppliers. thanks.

<r>Not sure where to ask - so posting here. Does anyone print dry rub decals or advise where I could have them made. I am looking to produce them for the retail market and at this time would prefer to outsource rather than investing in printing myself. They would be A3 and larger in size. <br/>
