Re: Why can't I find these anywhere anymore?

Not sure - always used the natural ones (steel coloured) - they would look better in white and colours would stand out better, but with the abuse they take in a bar, I think the white coating would chip.

Re: Why can't I find these anywhere anymore?

<t>I started using these a while back but stopped due to quality issues - they look great printed, but really are pretty crap. The metal used isn't strong enough and after a few uses the metal opener part wears or bends and they become unusable. No point in a personalised bottle opener if it doesn't ...

Re: Calling Royal Mail experts...

As long as the total adds up to the 2nd class amount for a large letter (£1.53 up to 250g) they'll go 2nd class automatically.
I used to do this using several different stamps to make up the amount when sending badges out and couldn't be bothered to wait at post office in queue.

Re: Metal Bar Blade Printing Advice

I've only offered single sided print on these and it's normally text only - if I was to print 2 sided, I'd print both sides in one go, maybe turning the blade halfway through it's time and adding 10/20 more seconds to cover this.

Re: How do you press your coasters?

I had some jigs laser cut and they worked OK - think it was 6 up on A4. They did warp but turn them round for the next press and it seemed to do the job. I also had to up the press time a little as there was a blotchy problem - this cured that.

Re: eBay, PayPal

<t>I've changed to managed payments, I don't like it as much as paypal - but it will become necessary if you want to keep trading on EBAY. <br/>
I also changed from daily payments to weekly, as it was easier to do my books that way and keep track on orders.<br/>

I also had to put my prices up ...

Re: Freesub ST210 recommended settings?

If this happened on both blankets, I'd guess it must've been operating in Fahrenreit.
180f converted to C would be 82c - which explains why you could handle the mug without getting burned fingers - lol

Re: Freesub ST210 recommended settings?

<r>Yes, there is no reason to do anything apart from put in press and press the timer which is set to <COLOR color="#333333"><s>[COLOR=#333333]</s>167 temp for 170 seconds - comes out perfect every time. Mugs and paper from Xpres, inks are genuine Sawgrass through a Ricoh. Sounds like your press ...

Re: Heat Press temp controller - needed

Thanks for that - Its an old Coralgraph press but it doesn't have a make/model badge. I've seen that on ebay but wanted a like for like one, so it would be compatible. I've contacted Coralgraph but haven't had a responce.
