by preheat i mean let the oven keep heating for about 10-20mins after it reach the temp you want (200 in your case).

for 14mins, i guess you dont do pre-heat the oven. Maybe the last time you success with the full load is after you sublimated something first (oven pre-heated).

just heat your moulds/jigs alone then clean it with wet tissue.

I think film need to pre-heated and print at low temp (120C). Do you use tool to seal the film so the machine will suck the film or you just put the film on the case like you do with paper? How about try poke few hole with needle for the moisture to escape.

look like u got the film case, their printing temp is 140c not 190c.

try this:
-prehead oven till it beep (190°C) is fine.
-let it heating for another 5->8min
-now sublimate your products normaly ( about 5min).
