It's unusual for Henry at Coralgraph to make those sort of errors. Give the guy his due though, if there is a problem he is quick to get it all sorted out for you.

I once bought something from a catalogue shop and was surprised at the size of the box. I remarked to my partner about the wastage with non essential packaging. When I got home it was something totally different and a lot more expensive.

The only downside of the 1400 over the 1100 model, is a higher initial investment in ink if you are planning to use it for sublimation work.

H2G probably won't be the only victim if this darned downturn continues for much longer. I can't recall ever having seen as many empty shops and industrial units as are out there at the moment.
