Does anyone use this software. Would I be able to export a file from this software to a copam plotter?

I use internet explorer, but since I know very little about browsers I always thought it was the only one. Wish I knew more about it,

I,m planning to screen print some vinyl stickers. Can I use the sign vinyl that comes in rolls or is there an other type that I should use.
