Thanks for reply, tape is clear. Where do you source brown tape?

1) heat tape marks<br/>
<br/>
2)platen mark <br/>
<br/>
3)paper marks<br/>
<br/>
Have tried lowering temp slightly, reducing pressure and washing garment, none of which solves the above problems ...
