I have an SG800 (this one is about a year old).

When printing solid images it has a clear line right the way up the length of the paper almost in the middle. I have tried head cleaning and flushing (from menu) but it is still there??

ANY ideas??

I've ruled out software as it happens on both pc's and all programs.
