Well I originally used Adobe and had the issues above I have since tried using Corel and the results seem to more satisfactory colours are much better :-) not sure why that would be or if there is anything I can do to improve Adobe as I do like Adobe will have to see how it goes x

I have placed whiter side of paper down in tray hope that's right!! Lol haven't tried flat press as yet printer is brand new and print seems fine the less time I press for the paler it is x
