Problem now resolved I was using Photoshop elements then tried it on another version of Photoshop and it came out perfectly. Good Times lol

So I thought I would try 190C for 300sec in the mug clamp but it did not turn out well, the picture and text on the mug were faint. I will try your settings tomorrow Paul

Hi JMugs, I have converted it to bitmap but it went I had a message say that it had to be converted to grayscale first so I clicked OK then its all gone black any white lol
