Well Ricoh say it's because sublimation ink has been used. Lol. That's wSt I bought the machine for. Now about to take it apart and have a look. Seems I've nothing to lose since Ricoh wash their hands of it xx

<t>Well Ricoh have told me that these are not designed for this ink and using it can melt the inside of printer etc. I don't think this is the case at all but that's wat they are sticking with. This model I have seen in eBay new for as little as £100 but I've seen some sub suppliers selling for much ...
