White mugs i left to cool, any WOW or cloured mugs i've always dunked in tepid water.

I press 80 secs at 170 degrees with very little pressure, very nice results so far.

I use 'vector magic' which is a program to change any graphic including jpg to scalable vectors, results can then be imported to any sign software .

I found that if using flock over a seam and your pressure is too high, the flock actually tore, by adding in an extra piece of silicon (3mm) on top of the flock i didn't get these tears.
I also use the cap press for a variety of other pressing situations

I'd agree that Flex is cheaper, but many of my customers like the more expensive look to flock on t-shirts, especially on non white t-shirts.
Although when it's multiple colours within their logo it's not as easy to layer.
