By adjusting some of the settings may not of been enough,
by getting a profile from paul you could eliminate this option and get near perfect results,
Others will reply soon, but an image would help with the problem

I have 2 pretty good Franking machines, available for sale but you would require a franking machine licence from the powers to be,
1 is pitney bows and the other 1 is brother, if your interested pm me, for more info
