Cheers, I tried 190 for 80 seconds with sheet of plain paper below. I also left 30 mins between printing and pressing, worked a treat.

Folks, after implementing the above suggestions on my second attempt, I now have a successfully sublimated coaster with nice and vibrant colours. Huge thanks to you all !

i printed only 5-10 minutes before pressing so will definitely try holding off for a while.
also noted to store away from the cold/damp
